The purpose of data management:

Online content service – the data server’s Internet server automatically registers the visitors’ IP address and the type of computer’s operating system, as well as the time of the website’s visit, in order to check the quality of the service, prevent abuse, ensure proper operation and prevent abuse.

The Data Controller shall comply with the data subject’s request in writing or in any other suitable manner, after proving the identity of the data subject, without undue delay, but not later than within 1 month.

The Data Controller shall provide such data free of charge, unless the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive.

Right to cancel (right to be forgotten)

At the request of the data subject, the Data Controller shall delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay if one of the following circumstances exists:

  • the data subject withdraws his or her consent therefore the legal basis for the processing ceases to exist
  • data subject protests against the data processing
  • unlawful data processing
  • in order to fulfill a legal obligation.

Within the framework of the data subject’s right to be forgotten, if the Data Controller is obliged to delete the disclosed personal data, taking into account the costs of the available technology and implementation, it shall take reasonable steps to inform other data controllers in order to delete the links, copies and duplicates in question.

An exception to the exercise of the data subject’s right provided for in points 3 and 4, respectively, shall be made if the processing is necessary. Data management is required if it is essential in one of the following cases:

  • freedom of expression
  • to fulfill a legal obligation or to exercise a right of public authority
  • in the public interest in the field of public health
  • for archiving in the public interest for scientific and historical research purposes
  • to enforce legal claims.
